Test & Iterate

The brief is where we take some time to get to know you and your needs. This will allow me to create a product that  works well for you, your business and your audience.
In this phase, I will get to know your audience, who your users are, in what context they will use your product, and what needs they will be looking to meet. Research methods: market research / survey / 1:1 user interviews, focus groups / card sorting & tree testing
I take what I’ve learned about you and your audience and start building  ideas.  I begin with the user flows and sitemap of the product, followed by wireframing. As we build out ideas, I'll get feedback along the way so we can tweak what we build as we go.
Through multiple rounds of testing and iteration, I ensure that the prototype meets user expectations, and that the product meets initial business goals.

Josh Wood is an e-commerce website that specifies on the haircare products. I was in charge of conducting both quantitative and qualitative research. As soon as I had the user insights, we hung them over the designers to begin iterating.

AskFlow is a Shopify product recommendation quiz. The task was to create a product landing page that could promote the product before it was released. I conducted market research, several brainstorming workshops followed by MVP of the product. Wireframes were also created, starting with lo-fi and moving up to hi-fi.
